Blogger Jes Golbez over at the AOL Fanhouse has dug up a really cool video of the end of a hockey game in Slovakia.
It’s a pretty amazing celebration of a win.
(I love it when Europeans whistle instead of boo. I’m glad we don’t do that here, though, because I can’t whistle very well.)

Watch and learn Stars.
Just for one game please.
There’s something about the Slavic leagues….Pardubice (the Czech League team Hemsky played for during the lockout) has all kinds of crazy….bathrobe and sledding antics, too. Weirdo Europeans :P (I really wish this videos were from the right year – I LOVE the idea of imagining Hemmer (and Prucha, and Bulis, and Hejduk, as they all played there too) doing all that.
Oh, my gosh, Steph! That video is awesome! I cracked up at the bobsled trick at the end.
I think whoever wins the Cup this year should do that during the post-game celebration.
I agree Patty. You should send an open letter to all teams in the NHL!
They do that bobsled thing all the time, too! I’ve seen like three different end-game celebrations but the bobsled always finishes it off. They all just look like they’re having so much fun!
I totally agree with you, can we make a petition? :P
This is so cook!
